There are four tools on this page. Three of them – Where to Start; What Matters to Me and My Life are intended to help you consider what it is that you would like to be different. It often helps to start with whatever feels easiest if there are lots of things that you’d like to be different.
Remember too, that as much as we often feel like we’d like to change others, we can only change ourselves and perhaps the way we respond to others.
Once you’ve decided on something that you’d like to be different you can ask yourself the Change Questions.
